Is it a superintelligent, rogue, android president zombie controlled by a secret, subatomic, supercomputer in an underground bunker, or is it a massive pack of 1600 lb, 14 foot tall grizzly bears with GPS chips in their heads being controlled by the prince of darkness, who is disguised as a very friendly ufo alien ?

The 'beast' is the people and systems in place which is the international monetary system which includes international corporations, the military industrial complex, and the media, all interested in making the Earth a planetwide Fascist Police Planet by telling everyone what to do, getting implants in our arms, what we can grow and eat, what we can think. The USA is the center of it now because we have military bases in 130 nations and are now trying to foist our weaponry, technlogy, and our adulterated food onto the planet or else lay waste to anyone who disagrees with us. All this is caused by the love of money (which is evil), which the trillionaires on this planet have a terminal case of. By the way, the Bible was the play book to make this stuff happen on schedule. They control the Bible too because they wrote it based on their beliefs in more ancient Egyptian astrological solar god worship, which is really worship of advanced hyper dimensional physics that is where our consciences come from- ergo, GOD. Lots of books out there on it, if you have the guts to read them.

It is a superintelligent secret supercomputer in a hidden area, that had its network spreaded all over the Earth. It might have its own avatar/s in human forms.
The prince of darkness once took Jesus to its control room (a high mountain where you can see all over the world).
Jesus will come back to flick its power switch from on to off, however when he did that, he will also disable all systems connected to it, including the ones that guarded the surface of the Earth from a bunch of underground monsters (Gog and Magog).

ok....if you really want to know this is the answer....if not.....don't read.....
The image of the Wild Beast is the united nations....Through the outworking of history we see this as truth....in rev. chapt 17 it talks about the beast appearing under a different symbol, that of living, breathing, scarlotte colored wild beast having an indepentant existence. The international body "speaks" in that it makes boastfull claims to be the only one able to bring peace and security to mankind. But in reality it has become a forom for member nations to exchange verbal tirades abd insults. It has threatened with ostracism, or a living death, any nation or people that does not bow to it's authority. The "League of nations" expelled any nations that failed to abide by it's ideolagies.
Example, in 1950 the U.N. force took the feild in the war between north korea and south korea. The U.N. force, along with the south koreans, killed an estimated 1,420,000 north koreans and chinese. Similarly, from 1960 to 1964, U.N. armies were active in the congo. Moreover, world leaders, including popes paul VI and John Paul II, have continued to affirm that this image is mankinds best hope for peace. If mankind fails to serve it, they insist, the human race will destroy itself.......
Remember this is just part of a VERY long and intense book of the bible and in order to fully understand why it has been said to be this way, you must fully study and search out everything the book speaks of building to this part and after it......it is not easy but if you want more answers.....you can find them

The Catholic church will be the red harlot that rides the beast and this will be the unification of the new holy roman empire.
