How often do you drink?

Question

How many times a week do you drink alcohol? Do you go out to bars or clubs to drink, or do you drink at home? And how much did you drink the last time you were drinking?

I'll start off - I drink 3 nights a week, I never drink at home, always at a bar, and the last time I went drinking (Saturday) I had 3 budweisers and 2 strawberry daiquiris.

I'm very fortunate, I almost never get hangovers (unless I drink a LOT - like a dozen rum and cokes).

And I don't have to worry about drunken driving since I live in New York City - I take the Subway or the bus to and from the bar (or a cab if it's really late and transit is running slow).

4 days a week and on average each night i'll drink 3-4 drinks and very rarely at home mostly at a bar

I drink 3-4 times a month, usually at home (so much more cheaper), Try to get at least once a month to the bar. Last time i drank was 3 weeks ago about 10 beers lol and suffered bad for it the next 2days afterwords. Big reason for not drinking much is cant stand the hangovers. :D

I only drink by myself and at home when I've had a really stressful day at work. The last time I went out was last Monday during the Ohio State vs. Florida game, I had an 'Energizer Bunny', 2 Mudslides, a shot of Jack Daniels, and I think thats it and this was in a bar. Here lately its been once a week, going out with friends. And I only drink whiskey and or mixed drinks.

I think using rum and brandy etc... in cooking is great but why just drink ...to get high? That seems such a foolish waste of time ... you end up doing things you either regret or those around you do.
And if you must drink I think it is best to do it outside of the home if you have kids. Social drinkers are still opening the door to the potential abusive drinking habits so many in America suffer from. Whatever you do ...do not drink and drive....please!

I rarely drink even though I am 22.....bars and clubs aren't really my thing either. I dont find drinking satisfying and feel like it is way over-rated and leads to more cons than pros. Last time (and very possibly the last) I had 2 cosmopolitans, 1 sex on the beach, and a shot of something.

Every night, sadly. To my credit, I work in a restaurant, and I dare you to find something to do not at home at (at least) 11:30 pm every night that doesn't involve a bar scene. Pretty tough, right?

I usually only have 2-3 drinks b/c I'm exhausted anyway. Dark microbrews or vodka tonics... but no strawberry daiquiris. That's not a respectable man's bar drink, I'm sorry.

That's just ignorant...
As long as you enjoy drinking whatever you like to drink, and you don't bother anyone, and don't drive drunk... everithing's fine dude. The Hangover's a little pain in the *** but it's the price for a Good Time...Only make sure that when you wake up in the morning, Drinking is not your first priority...

Maybe 4-5 times a year I'll buy a 6-pack of Mikes and they'll stay in the fridge for a week or two before I finish them. I partied pretty heavy when I was younger but it has lost its appeal I guess.

Strawberry daiquirus, well ok (gay), but I often have a few "beers" at home after a hard days work, I ususally stay away from bars, because usually someone always ends up going to jail and I don't need to be around cops. Ususally 4 times a week, not to get smashed, but to unwind.

Two nights a month when i don't have my kids. It's usually with friends at a bar and comes out to about 10 or 11 Newcastle's.
