I am 29 weeks pregnant and i was on my way home and @ 1130 pm, i had these really bad cramps in my lower belly, i was just like whatever same ol' stuff, and then i had a horrible pain go down to my upper thigh that made me grip my steering wheel. It was soo painful i was brought to tears. Since then, 30 minutes ago, i have not experienced this pain again but my stomache has been reallly hard, pain in the lower stomache, and it feels like my baby is reallly down low in me. It kinda feels like when i walk i have to push my belly up and take deep breathes just to make it. Do you think i was jsut experience i braxton hicks contraction or what?

Sounds like the baby moved and put pressure on your sciatica nerve. Which is common during pregnancy especially for 29 weeks because of the natural curvature of the spine thanks to pregnancy. If you experience anymore lower abdominal pain you may want to have your ob check you out or give them a call and see what they think.

Its always best to call your doc, go to the ER and have yourself checked. However, the rule of thumb is if you drink water and the pain goes away...its most likely Braxton-Hicks. The pain in your leg could be a muscle cramp. Drink milk.

the baby may have repositioned itself. you should call your doctor; he/she knows your history best.
