I'd call it Vinnie G's Hot Sheets Hotels.
I'd charge $ 50 an hour (or $ 125 if you booked the room for the whole night). I'd have my hotels in the seedy part of town, out by the warehouses and the truck terminals. I'd put my first hotel in Washington DC, behind Union Station, just a 10 minute drive from Capitol Hill and the White House (and I'd have a "Senator's special" for the first month - 50% discount for all Congressmen)
