I found the simplest way was to just..................gain weight!
I have always been amazed how snug my pants got that way, and I didn't even try!

I have many jeans which are 99% cotton and 1% spandex and they do shrink for the first few washes. I also dry mine to keep them soft, so that causes some shrinkage also. After about 5 washes, they quit shrinking and stay that size. They don't shrink too much, just a little.

Wash them in hot water then put them in the dryer for a hour and it should shrink them, if it doesnt do this the same way every week, it should shrink since its 99 percent cotton.

The dryer set on high will shrink those no problem if they are cotton and spandex.

This is simple. Put them in warm water for a wash, and put your drier on the hottest setting available, and even when they're dry, leave them in there for a little londer (as in, 10 minutes).

My sister used to put her tight jeans on and sit in a tub of hot water to get a good fit.
