This has been bothering me for a long long time and I just can't decide. I want the 360 so I can play Halo 3, but the Wii's cool too with it's motion thing. ARGGGG!!! SO COMPLICATED!!!!!

Ok, well I have to say, I have both, and they both have different things that stand out about them
Xbox 360:
Positive Attributes:
1. Already out, tons of games
2. a sleek online play that is user friendly
3. the xbox live arcade is a very nice feature.
4. extremely pretty graphics
Negative Attributes:
1. The controls are exactly like the Xbox
2. Relies solely on the fact that you do get online
3. It has many games, but 3/4 of them aren't good
4. Nothing really innovative about it, very similar to origional Xbox
Wii
Positive Attributes:
1. An extremely fun and enjoyable plethora of games
2. The Wii remote is the best thing since sliced bread.
3. You can buy any game that came out on a previous system
4. Very innovative controls and gameplay
Negative Attributes:
1. Most games, although fun, seem to be centered towards kids
2. The online feature is a pain to use and set up
3. Controlers are extremely expensive and sort of delicate.
All-in-all, I think the Wii is the better way to go. It is more origional, and it has a very nice line up for new games. The Wii remote is amazing, and the controls are seamless and fun. In addition to all that it is light on the wallet, $250, instead of the 360, which is $400.
I think the Wii is better IMHO

Well take the games for the Wii and look at that aspect and do the same for the 360. Which can you go without? I know I could never go without my Halo series and xbox live. Although I'm dying right now for a Wii since my 360 never stops breaking down right now <-hint hint lol. They're making a new one to be released in March. Which ones better for your price range? (if price is a problem) Can you handle constantly having to wait and wander around for a Wii? Or would you rather just jump right in and buy a 360?
etc. etc.
Think of accessories if that pleases you. Whatever pulls you towards a console.

I have wii and I must admit it really is great fun, the graphics are cool the horse in zelda looks real. even the animals do. The remote as a bulit in speaker so when you hear knock out when playing wii sports it is coming from the bulit in speaker.
My boyfriend said the wii as impressive grahics, if you love adventure games the wii is for you.The remote can be anything you want it to be, a real sword up to a bowling ball. The wii is ok as long as you keep a frim grip on the wii at all times and stay well away from the screen and keep it still.
XBOX 360 is more for boys as most games I have seen is boys.

Well if you could find a Wii to buy I would say go for the Wii if you have a lot of Friends and family that could play with you.But the Xbox live with the 360 is the best thing right now.So its up to you.

I think the Xbox360 might be better but it is more expensive and I've heard too many bad things about Wii so I'd go with the 360. If you do decided to get the Wii just becareful and don't get hurt.

get both i have the Xbox 360 its awesome but i want the wii so bad so first get the 360 then the wii

If you have the cash, I'd strongly suggest both 360 and Wii, but when you must choose between the two consoles, it all boils down to one question: What do you want more?
More mature games with sophisticated graphics, media capability, and superior online play...
OR
...purer, more gameplay focused software with innovative control schemes and simple but free online play?

get the Xbox beacuse the Wii is heard to have allot of defects and also the Wii is mainly ment for children to pre teen. The xbox is ment for big boys and the graphics are way better. I guess it depends on the age.
