i consider myself a strong, built kinda guy, but the one part of my muscles that i dont like are my pecs. sure im strong, but my lower pecs arent tight and cut right below the nip. how do i get the lower pec to get a "cut" look

To get your lower pecs, try doing some decline presses. You will feel it right in the lower chest. Even flat bench helps.

Just do a basic bench press exect give yourself a closer grip then normal. If youre hands are usually 2 feet away from each other go 18 inches or something
