Claiming my 91 year old mother on federal taxes?

Can I claim my mother on my taxes, she lives with me and I pay all utillites and food

Yes you can as a dependent. After all you do pay for everything. I do it myself with my Wife's 80 yr. old grandmother.

If you provide more than half her support I think you can.
