There are many but most are rear. This should be talked over with your Dr. The 4 hour thing is extremely rare.If that ever happens to me my Dr. will be the last person I'll call, or at least after I run out of women and he wants to bend over.LOL Really there are many other things to help with E. D. talk to your Dr. first.

See a Dr. 1st. There have been many heart attacks, some men have lost their vision. The reason it can be so dangerous is it causes blood to flow to the penis, keeping it hard, that is why u hear them say get to a Dr. if u experience a erection lasting 3-4hrs hell all your blood is to the wrong head(I could not resist that one) LOL-- But really no joke, if u have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes this can be a killer.
