im not going to sugar coat anything, thats probably two of the most hardest things to over come. try finding a hobby or playing a sport to keep your mind off things. and by taking up a sport you can channel all your anger and aggression into that. or find a really good friend to confind in. or start a journal, like i did, where you can write down all your thoughs and what youre feeling. like your own personal space to just let it all out, trust me, it helps. i dont know what else to tell you. dont worry, your heart wont always be broken and you wont always be emotionally hurting, just give it time. good luck.

I have suffered social anxiety like you. The best way is to confront your fear and you will get better. We all have a fear of something know matter who we are or how confident we might appear to other people. I was on prozac until the end of last year. I stopped voluntarily after taken them for a year and going for counselling like you. I take no anti-depressants now, i exercise a lot and feel a lot a better after a good workout than any anti-depressants i have taken. You have your whole life in front you. Give yourself challenges to overcome, do the things you enjoy most. Good luck.

Old habits need to be replaced with new habits in order to feel better. Whatever the need that was being filled in your heart by this person should be filled with something that makes you and those around you happy. I find that moderate exercise makes me happy, and is healthy for the mind. Also, instead of looking within yourself and dwelling there, which CAN be depressing if you are not happy at that moment, find a way to focus on others in a positive way. Reach out to people who make you feel good about yourself. Do not watch the t.v. too much or mope around.

Keep yourself busy. It won't happen overnight "Time heals all wounds" is what my mother used to always tell me and she was right. The first two weeks were the hardest for me.

do things you like to do,
sorround yourself with family and loved ones, you should not be alone during this time cause that will probably make it harder.
Talk to someone.
