if i try to send an email to a company that provides the form{usually outlook express} i can't.the outlokk express on my computer still has the former owners data.OH...WHAT TO DO?

Simply go into the Outlook account properties and change your sending address.

delete the account on outlook express, or just use yahoo : P hehe
then you wont need to do anything

You could buy a new hard drive or use a hard drive scrubber "cleaner" which will delete all old content.

uninstall Outlook and reinstall it.
