I am planning to visit Indonesia, can i show a debit/ATM card to the immigration officer as a proof of cost of living guarantee instead of cash or traveler's check? TY.

Good luck and have a safe trip, enjoy your stay in indonesia, I did!

HI,
No need to show any proof ....just a valid passport and return ticket.

However, you maybe need cash for your daily living cost while in Indonesia. Its easier to move around compare to debit card or t' check

Enjoy ur stay

I don't think you have to show them proof of cost of living guarantee. I have never heard of anyone having to do this. You should have a valid passport though.

I had all three. They were more interested in an EXIT ticket than anything else.

you don't have to do any of those things....

all you need is a valid passport and visa.
