In Louisiana, if i were to fail the second nine weeks of a semester class, do i not get the credit?

i take a half credit class right, and i made a C in the first nine weeks and a F the second nine weeks and i dont know if i pass or faill. i got some opinions already but im not sure =/

A c and f averages a D so i dont know but i hope you pass(wink)

well if they average out you got a D right.
