I assume you mean production model. Prototypes normally don't count b/c they aren't sold to the public so you can't buy them, meaning there's no real price on them.
So, your answer should be the CLK-GTR AMG. MSRP of about US$1.6 Million.

There was a MB prototoype that was one of a kind built in 2002 or so. It cost 2MM to build. I has a 1000bhp engine in it. I think it is either 12 or 16 cylinders also.
