You could challenge the school or school board about the uniform policy at your school.
Usually the uniform is decided by parents through voting, if that is true, the challenge may become more difficult.
The Supreme Court has already ruled that a uniform policy is NOT against Constitutional rights.

By the sound of your question I am assuming you attend a private Catholic School, (where uniforms are mandatory)
You actually can achieve a far superior education in some Catholic schools, and definately from private schools (as opposed to public).
If your heart is not into the school your parents have chosen for you to attend, I would suggest you talk to them. You will only benefit from the education you receive, if you believe in the ethics the school preaches.

You shouldn't. You will learn to appreciate your uniform. Do you realize how easy it is when you get to wear the same thing every day? It is soooo much cheaper. I go to a school filled with affluent people. Free dress days are almost like a competition. I absolutely hate them.
Learn to love the uniform.

You are not going to change anything just because you disagree with it...uniforms have their advantages...even though most students can't see them.

wut i would do is: get all the kids to go with you, make a petition talking about your problem and why u don't want unifroms, get everyone to sign the petition, and have everyone on the same day wear normal clothes, like every one you can get.
sorryi if that didn't make sense!
