yes it can...but both of you have to be willing to put in the time to call all the time, text, e-mail, watever....if u put in the time...it can work.....I'm not gonna lie...its really hard to keep up a relationship like that...but it is definitley possible if u guyz give ur relationship the time and attention that it needs.
