There's a friend of mine that says, "if her butt is tight - it'll make a quarter bounce off of it".
Thus, he's saying your butt is "tight".
If you had a "jello-butt" as some are saying - the object would sink and drop - not ~*~*bounce*~*~

It would probably mean you have a big butt and its hard therefore the bounce. I think it sounds sleeezy though.
