Refer to yahoo maps. If it isn't on the left hand side of the start page, when you open yahoo in your browser, scroll down to where you get the link "more yahoo" and it's listed under M for map.
That links you to a map service which can tell you where it is exactly, the best way to drive to get to it (not geared for pedestrians or bicyclists though, they should work on that) and even has a link from that to current traffic conditions and can estimate how long it will take to get there.
The yellow pages link will also have links directly to the map page. You're almost there, just click the yahoo link at the top of left corner of the page and bingo...

FYI CITCO is owned by Venezuelan Government, you know Hugo Chavez who is badmouthing the US and all that. They were the primary supplier of 7-11's so I do not buy gas there any more
