We had a fight, made up...now what? Opinions please!?

So me and my good friend got into a fight, a misunderstanding. He said sorry and that he misses the friendship... so I said, ok lets be friends again. I havent heard from him since then... any ideas of whats up?

Was the fight a physical one?
if it was a verbal one, maybe he just could not get over some of the things that you said OR
He could be waiting for you to call him(why dont you do that in the morning).
If you call him in the morning, at least you wont be left to wonder
