My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child. We're trying to come up with some boys names and we're set on having Robert as the middle name, but trying to think of some strong first names to go with it. Some we've already thought of are Ethan, Aaron, Owen, Gavin and Dylan, but my wife isn't sold on any of them. Any other ideas?

Oh I loooove Owen! I would have never thought of it! We were going to choose Robert as a middle name if we had a boy, but we had two little girls instead. We had chosen Nathaniel (Nate or Nathan for short) on the 1st one, and Collin or Garrett on the second one. Robert is a name from both sides of the family for us. But now instead we have Emilee Nicole and Natalee Alyson!

Well,I have to say when I was expecting, Ethan Owen and Gavin were all on the top of my list!
I also liked Carter, Connor, Trevor, Noah, Elijah, Lucas, ...
Alexander Robert sounds nice...you could call him Alex or Zander
I feel like you need a 3 syllable first name with Robert, but honestly, its not like you really say the two names together all the time anyway.
