well i wear glasses and contacts and a few years ago i got the blue contacts because i wanted a change, what i did is i went to lens crafts (that's wear i get my glasses, and contacts) but where ever u get them, u should probably ask them for me i need to use the prescription for my regular contacts with my colored ones, but either way u can get colored contacts, you just need to go wear you would get glasses or contact if u already have an up to date prescription. also not to down you i don't know if u use contacts but i have Acue View advanced with hydro clear and the contacts i got the colored ones wear with out hydro clear and most of the time i was wearing them they were uncomfortable, i don't know if u are going to have the same response as i did but its just a helpful hint

Even if you just want to wear them to change your eye color, by law you'll need to have a prescription.
You can buy them in the Los Angeles garment district but it is illegal. They are not licensed distributors.

You can get colored contact lenses from any optical store. Check out Lenscrafters or the optical locations in Wal-Mart... no prescription needed.
