I think (from what I can gather from my search) that it was started by "meat lao" under the "funny chain mail" section. It has undergone a lot of changes since it got to you - left out the red eyes and staring at you til you go sleep - on the sgForums.com site. Just another piece of of nothing taking up space! If you want to go on the hunt yourself check "KATU LATA KULU"
