If you could help create a mighty human civilization, would you join in?

Question

After all the stupid people of the world kill each other off, we could start over again. Assuming that some of the world's advanced technological resources were still intact, our new civilization could have a head start. We would have enough of the world's literature to learn how to be wise and righteous and enough of its physical tools to strengthen our resolve.

If we perfect this task we may even be able to achieve a level 3 civilization on the Kardashev scale within only a millenium or even outlast the end of the universe (see "The Last Question" short story by Isaac Asimov). We might have the potential to become perfect.

The time of replenishing might come soon enough. Anyone like this goal, anyone with me?

I no longer care about the world, only those I can touch. I would sacrifice it ALL to help create a better world for others but I do not care to join it.
