There are people and groups of people and even entire ethnic groups who won't negotiate, won't compromise, won't accept any political solution. Their will is only bent by total defeat. If those people are a detriment to peace and security, they need to be accomodated.

aggression can be a positive thing as long as you dont hurt someone with it..you could be aggressive in meeting goals you have for yourself..or aggressive about tackling a problem..
