Everyone is different about what they like in a women. Some guys like the small skinny type with average boobs while others (like myself) like the stocky type with big boobs.
Some like blondes while others like brunettes. So it all depends on their liking and personal preferences.
I love the stocky type with big boobs, shoulder length straight hair brunette.
"Beauty in the eye of the beholder".

Im a fan of the girl with the smaller breasts. I don't really know why but, I've always been a fan of smaller girls.

Whichever makes you comfortable. Personally, i don't think being skinny is the best. Being fit, yes, going on diets to weigh less, no. Be yourself.

if your asking personal preference, would be the smaller chested girl. weight not taken into consideration here :)

any kind!! most women are fun! they come in different sizes and colors, so, it really doesn't matter
