Also, can you feel a lil shaky? Almost like a nervous feeling but your hands are skaky.

i didnt even know that i was pregnant the 4th time till i woke up and promptly puked on the floor with no feeling of nausea or sickness. Some times during the day it would come and go in waves. It never actually hurt in my stomach just a overwhelming feeling of needing to puke and occational throwing up.

"Morning sickness" is really a misnomer. (In fact, the technical medical term is "nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.") For some pregnant women, the symptoms are worst in the morning and ease up over the course of the day, but they can strike at any time and last all day long.
About three quarters of pregnant women experience nausea and sometimes vomiting during their first trimester. The nausea usually starts around six weeks of pregnancy, but it can begin as early as four weeks. It tends to get worse over the next month or so.
About half of the women who get it feel complete relief by about 14 weeks. For most of the rest, it takes another month or so for the queasiness to ease up, though it may return later and come and go throughout pregnancy.
Hope this helps, you can find tons of usefull information about pregnancy and babies at this website:

I started to feel sick with both of my pregnancies at 6 weeks, and it lasted the whole pregnancies. It felt like I had the flu for 9 months(18months). Except for the fact that I couldn't eat meat with my second pregnancy or drink/smell coffee. I hope that your morning sickness sticks with only the first trimester. Good Luck.

Morning sickness, which is commonly mistaken for only occurring in the morning, is a feeling of nauseousness that can occur throughout the day. You just feel like you have to throw up alot of the time and when you eat food sometimes you have to throw up immediately

like it was said before, its different for every woman, but at first i thought it just felt like being sick. then i got the flu while pregnant, and that felt totally different. now i can tell the difference, but i have no idea how to explain it. i guess if you feel hungry after you puke, its morning sickness, if not, it sick-sickness.

It was different for me. I felt nauseous to varying degrees all day every day up to about 5 months, when it eased off. Weirdly it was helped by eating little and often. I think it feels worse because it carries on, and because you are sooooo tired. That makes everything harder to deal with.
