There is a book called " Hypnotism for Change " by J.Hadley and C.Staudacher.It has a lot of good reviews .Maybe your library has or can get books and tapes like this so you can try them out for free.Good luck!

Sure hypnosis works as well as self-hypnosis, but there are many variables to making it work

NO dont believe so.. you have to be in the room with a live hypotism to do this..keep your money.. it doesnt work.
