Am I the only one who is tired of hearing why didn't he run, was he molested, is it him??? These are all questions that keep coming up and we all know that these answers aren't out there yet. I just wish that more people were more people excited for his return instead of wanting to know the horrible details of his 4 years in hell!!! We all know that is exactly what he went through!!

I live in St. Louis, this is a personal story for us, we continued to see the missing posters way after the rest of the country forgot Shawn.
My daughters and myself are very happy he's with his folks. I doubt that his parents care what he went through, the hell of not knowing what happened to their little boy was wiped away on a fluke. Our thanks, as Missouri (and St. Louis County) residents, to the Kirkwood Police officers who save these boys from another day of horror.

I'm very happy for him and the family that he was found eventually. I know things will be weird for him and his family for a long time, but it beats the hell out of the alternative. If he wants details known, he'll let them be known in his time, not ours. We need to back off and let the family heal.
