Any type that's made of a stretchy material will flatter a big breasted woman, not too much of a 'V' neck though or you'll just show a big cleavage..Try something with no collar just a ribbed neck, tucked inside a skirt or jeans/slacks.with a belt, that will also flatter the small waist...Happy Dressing :-)

Look for lines that are diagonal on blouses. Get ones with thick and thin lines. The lines keep your bust from being over the top and the diagonal pattern will help balance out your waist, try express stores to find a lot of good patterns. Also go for shirts with a baby doll cut out. The smaller tops and flowy bottoms would be an awesome proportion filler. A line dresses too!

Don't go for turtlenecks, or anything with an overly high collar. It will make it look like you have one huge uniboob. I'm fond of tailored buttondown shirts. They can fit the waist, and be unbottoned to where ever you feel most comfortable. Also V-neck tshirts and sweaters will be flattering; as will wrap around tops. Also, natural materials such as cotton, cashmere, and silk wilk fit better and look classier and not trashy.
You can show some cleavage without being trashy, btw.

Thats good to see a woman who has self respect that doesnt want to dress like a whore. Well I say that dont buy any shirts or blouses that show a lot of cleavage. Also black shirts/blouses will make you look smaller.

The best thing I can tell you is buy good blouses, whether frilly or plain, and then have them tailor fitted to your liking. This way they aren't too loose and making you look bigger than you are or too small so that you are falling out of them. Also, for more casual attire check out old navy's perfect fit tees they tend to have enough give to be comfortable but not baggy.

Well, my advice would be to be thankful for what the Lord gave you, and it sounds to me like you do not need help on clothes to take the eyes away from your boobs, it sounds to me like you are bragging just a wee bit about what you have been "blessed" with. If you do not know what to wear, how old are you, and you had your big boobs all your life, so you spent your whole life dressing yourself, why do you have problems now?

Sweatshirts are great for these types! They're baggy and loose, very comfortable and compliment especially that body type. If it's more of a formal occasion, try dresses that don't cling to your body, the ones that just float from your torso down to the floor.

try to wear a plain frilly top, but make sure its plain. the frills take away from your bust. make sure its plain though. too much on a top, can draw more attention to you chest. try some very shnazy pants to draw eyes away.
