In the first Arnold is in some medication or unconcious he is half nude. And we see lot of women fully naked in a pool of water.. followed by a stunt.. thats comes to be the beginning .. i have no other information..

Red Heat, Arnold plays a Russian cop looking for a drug dealer. He walks in with only a towel on, there are half naked men lifting weights, and naked women in a hot pool. Arnold gets into a fight with the drug dealers thugs and they bust threw a window and fight in the snow.

probably red heat arnolds towel hot tub fight scene was hot. he was also nude in the terminator movies, as well as fully frontal nude in pumping iron.
