I haven't read very many of Patterson's books, but I think the one I like best (so far) is When the Wind Blows. The others that I read were all Alex Cross books, I think.

I have read 8 or 9 of his books and as I am reading I think they are all his best books.

ive read a lot of his books. they are all really good. i don't have a fav, but if your looking for one to read, than you should get the first alex cross book and that series, they are really good.
