no
Maybe a "no" is not a politically correct answer, but it states truth. I once knew a family that has some abnormalities in the family genes. Everyone's skin is very white, but the hair is very black. It create a vast contrast, especially for the thick eyebrows. A toothpick thin girl does not give visual pleasantry from an artist's view.
"Pretty" or not is from inside. If this girl shows good personality and warm heart she will be considered as "pretty".

As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Simply means that for everyone out there, there is someone that will be physically attracted to them. Ive dated some very pretty girls on the outside, who have turned out to be extremely ugly on the inside.
Long story short, give me a skinny light skinned girl with great personality over a supermodel anyday.

Yes with a few improvements. First go to a tanning place and get some color in that skin. Second, put some weight on so at least you have that normal girl look. Guys don't like girls that are too skinny because they think that they may be unhealthy, or something is wrong with them. So lose the fragile look and start getting the looks ok, girl. And start enjoying yourself.

You sound cute to me! I for one like light skinned women. I feel that light skinned white women have not baked in the sun all their life and the chance of one day waking up next to a prune are therefore diminished. Besides, I am partial to dark hair! It is all what you do with what you have!

Any person can be pretty if you put effort into being pretty!

Pale with very dark hair is lovely! Maybe I'm biased though, being pretty pale with dark brown hair myself. Personally, I think you're buying into the wrong standard of beauty. Most of those models you see are fake anyway. They go tanning, they have hair extensions, and they have breast implants. If you're thin, make the most of it. There are tons of things you can wear that plumper girls can't.

Absolutely! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Being pretty is so much more than just looking like a Victoria's Secret model. Society's standards of beauty are completely skewed and unrealistic anyway.

Please keep in mind that top college boys are many times twits, their evaluations won't be in a position to be taken heavily. As for "fairly" celebrities, you won't be in a position to circulate by that the two. i'm white, so if I glided by celebrity standards i may be a strolling twig with implants that weigh as much as I do, and faux orange "tan" epidermis. attempt this: once you look in a mirror, purely think of of sturdy issues, which contain a reminder that darkish brown epidermis is fairly. i know that's puzzling, especially as youthful as you're, yet self assurance will contain age and it starts on your very own head.

Yes. And be sure to stay out of the sun and out of tanning booths. UV damages your skin (that's what a tan is, the skin trying to protect itself against UV) and will make you look old and haggard.

I thought this was what all high fashion models looked like anyway. In all the magazines, this is what I see. I'm sure you are very pretty, but most girls don't see themselves that way.
