It is normal for a breastfed baby to go up to 5-6 days without pooping. When my son went 5 days without pooping, I was a little concerned. The doctor recommended I give him 2 ozs of formula and told me it's virtually impossible for constipation to occur in breastfed babies. I would consult with the doctor and likely refrain from feeding any fruits as it may be binding the baby.

i wouldn't be worried yet unless she seems fussy/uncomfortable. was it bananas? that would totally do it. try drinking extra water yourself. I'm not sure why but there seems to be a direct correlation with the laxative effect of breastmilk and how hydrated you (the mother) is. 4 days is really not that uncommon in older breastfed babies.
Drink a bunch of water yourself, give her some circular tummy massages and give it another day or so....maybe hold off on the fruits for another couple of weeks...her system might not be ready.

Some people are really overreacting! Your baby is fine, my daughter who is breastfed only poops every 3-5 days. My doctor says this is normal. Breastmilk is so perfect there is not much waste, so they do not poop as much. The fruit won't hurt her, it's perfectly fine. If you really want to see some business in her pants try bananas, it makes my kids go every tiime!

It is common for breastfed babies over 6 weeks of age to occasionally skip days. For some breastfed babies, it is normal to only go once a week!
What kind of fruits did you start? Bananas can be constipating but the "P" fruits (prunes, peaches and pears) are actually supposed to help them go.

If your baby have not pooped in 4 days you should give him/her dairy food and if that doesn't work you should take him/her to the doctor ASAP

My doctor told me that when you are breastfeeding the baby can go up to seven days without pooping. I thought that was strange but its true. Try some pedialyte that is also what they told me.

I gave my son warm water with a tiny bit of sugar and that worked wonders.
DEPENDING ON HER AGE: bottled Prunes and Prune juice also worked for my son, but he's 8 months now.

Have you also been giving her water?
Try giving her some warm water in a bottle? That will probably do the trick.
I would also contact her pediatrician. Better safe than sorry!
How old is your baby?? I can't believe everyone is telling you to give her juice without knowing the age, that could be dangerous, also some juices can cause constipation, so can fruit.

Worry NOW.
Give baby plenty of cool boiled water and massage his/her lower back (from top of buttocks downwards to bottom of spine - one finger either side of babies spine and use baby oil so you don't cause skin burns)
Babies love being massaged and if you imagine their lower intestines (either side of their butt cheeks starting from small of their back) gentle massage going in a slow & circular downward movement can really help to get any hard stools into motion.
And get to doctor as soon as poss.
It's absolutely not healthy or normal to leave it any longer. Your baby will get horrible pains and keep you up all night - not comfortable for any of you.
Aero-Smiths answer was good too - for extreme constipation, which it's gonna turn into within 12 hours! You do not want a baby with extreme constipation.

I would have worried 2 days ago. LOL. But if this is normal for her I wouldnt be worried. If not I would take her to the doc first thing in the morning or call the on call doctor and ask their advice.
