Do you know what time Direct Deposit Payments get made in Canada?

I am wondering what time usually that you get your direct deposit payments from the Canadian government. I have been waiting for my maternity benefits for over 3 months and they finally said that on January 16, I would have money deposited into my account. I live on the West Coast, so I was wondering if there is any chance that the money may be there tonight, I sure would sleep better tonight knowing that it is actually in my account!!! Thank you.

I think at 6 am , in Winnipeg anyways.
