Yes it was pretty fun -- great dressing and then again some of them need to be reported to the fashion police: Annette Bening (was that a white tablecloth wrapped around her cos it looked incredibly plain and unflattering, and she was a little woozy and I thought she was reprising her role in "Scissors"), Jeremy Irons (looked like a waiter or valet parking attendent in that tux??), Cameron Diaz: black hair doesn't suit her at all and was that a pine tree covered in snow or a 12-tier wedding cake she was wearing? Looked like a badly sewn bride's maid gown). And thank goodness JLo was wearing something decent unlike the time at the Oscars some years ago.

The acceptance speeches were too long: the male recipients in particular. But great ones by Jennifer Hudson and Meryl Streep, in particular. She is the most respected actress in the industry and it was very evident judging from the way her co-stars and fellow attendees reacted emotionally to her acceptance speech. And Helen Mirren is the Queen of Queens, winning best actress awards for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth the 1st and 2nd. It will be either she or Meryl for best actress at the Oscars next month; they look like sisters too.

All in all, great awards!

Yes. It made me think that today's Hollywood does nothing but promote liberalism, which is bad because it hurts the American people and weakens our country, making us ripe for a Muslim take over. When the grandson of Osama Bin Laden becomes president of the United States, Tom Hanks won't be laughing anymore. It will be the fault of Hollywood and all the other liberals. We must all stand of for traditional American values and customs. Only if we all do that will America survive. Otherwise, America will go down the tubes just like ancient Greece and ancient Rome.

Most of it, yes. I think Warren Beatty could have kept his speech a bit shorter, but I'm thrilled that Sacha Baron Cohen won! Helen Mirren was amazing, as always. I'm just sorry to see "Little Miss Sunshine" went away empty-handed.

Yes I did, my high point was when Jennifer Hudson won the award for 'DreamGirls'. No one deserves it more than her...
