Does anyone know how to tie a scapular medal?

I got a scapular medal but i dont know how to tie it. Can someone help me please!

I got a brown felt scapular medal for a guy. There are two pictures and i was wondering how you roll it up and tie it. does anyone know? Or does anyone know any websites that can teach me?

Is it the one of the Sacred hearts of Jesus and Mary?

All you have to do is insert a thick string or braided cord and then tie around your neck in a little knot.

Good suggestion: Ask the elderly ladies, or nuns at church who wear them.
