me I would make sure no parent ever has to see their child die.
to me that is one of the saddest things out.

I would change the perception of religion and probably do away with books like the Bible and the Quran, because no matter what is written, people seem to interpret as they choose. "Christians" justified enslaving blacks and massacring native Americans all in the name of how they interpreted the bible. We don't even need to discuss what damage the Quran has done, we see it everyday. So if I were the supreme being, we'd get an entire new set of books to go by. I'd also implement Buddhism as standard American religious practice. Americans can use a little humility and genuine selflessness.

i would just heal the young . i know this might not be what you are looking for. but can you imagine not being able to lead a half normal life. being born and not being held by your mother . or lying for days , years etc. in the hospital. for nothing that you did. you didn't even get to school once. i would heal those children all of them no matter religion or race.

I would make every single ruler of the world a female. We already know how to pay the bills, take care of those around us and manage everything.

I would make poeple tolerant. THat would end a lot of things...like the small bit of discimination we still have, it would make equalit between men and women...stuff like that.
