I don't wear make-up but, if I did I wouldn't wear blue eye shadow. It reminds me of the early 80's. From what I can remember which is very little.

Not to sound like an arrogant b*tch, but the only person I've ever seen pull this look off is me (I'm very pale skinned, with blue eyes and black hair) . It only looks right like this: bright blue eye shadow with black eyeliner and no other makeup. Along with a dark sweater (black or navy) and simple earrings.

it can look really good though on the right person. not light 80's blue but a strong blue on a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes looks awesome.

Bright blue is kind of scary.. reminds me of Mimi from The Drew Carey show... just scary. Soft blue is ok though.

Bright Blue Eyeshadow is so 1998.......I like frosty pink or natural colors.
