On the episode "Spin", there are some GREAT Wilson/Cameron interactions, that really made me want to ship...
Wilson: If love is based on lies, does that mean it doesn't bring the same pleasure?
Cameron: Are we still talking about the patient?
(Wilson gives this really weird look on his face here...)

If Wilson and Cameron got together it would not be her first foray into this grouping. She slept with Chase two seasons ago & chased House last season (she lost interest when he seemingly got better at the start of this season). I would be suprized if she went after Wilson. He's not a wounded bird like House or her husband. From the way the quote is written, she thought Wilson was hitting on her and when she asked he wondered where she ever got the idea. "- ) Then again, though, she likes her men messed up and how much more messed up can Wilson get than dating his own patient who's terminal?

I don't think so. I envision Wilson and Cuddy getting together - but he's a flirt so really you just never know with him. I think Cameron and House will eventually get together (they are so opposite) but I really wish his ex-wife would come back.

i dont think that wilson ment himself. cameron has a thing for house even though they have tried not to talk about it

Not likely, he only sleeps with patients.
It is more likely that he will sleep with House than Allison.
