You can try and ground yourself but they basically just have to run their course. If you are having them often then there is something in them that you need to gain.

They come a lot when there is major life changes, take them as they are then let them go.. they will stop when it is time..

Sorry I cant be more of a help but tis all I know to do.

**blessings**

sorry. you can't. even if you try to change what you know is about to happen whatever you do will be what was going to happen. you'll have to just wait it out.

i spent 3 days in a constant state of Deja Vu. 1st day was kinda exciting and interesting, 2nd day drove me nuts, by the 3rd day it was boring. maybe it's boredom that breaks the cycle.

Why would you want it to stop, other than it's freaking you out? You are so lucky to have this and if I we're you I'd look into learning how to hone in on your psychic powers.
I truely regret shutting off my psychic abilities after I predicted a horrible death in my family and it came true. Now, it just comes and goes when it wants to. Don't lose it, you'll regret it. Hone it in.

Carry a large peice of black hematite in your left pocket. It is a very grounding stone and will keep your energies closer to your body.
