They don't really have one, since they are still fairly new to their division. The Seahawks moved from the AFC West a few years ago and joined the NFC West , so there's no long history of tough division battles to constitute one yet.
The Rams are the closest thing to a rival since they were the powerhouse team of that division before the Seahawks arrived, but their main rivalry is still with the 49ers.
As for the Broncos & Raiders, that's open to debate- the Chiefs and Raiders have WAY more animosty & bad blood between the two organizations.
Back in the "Air Coryell" days of Dan Fouts, the Raiders and Chargers were the big AFC West rivalry. In the John Elway days, the Raiders and Broncos were huge rivals.
Nowadays, it's the Chargers and Broncos, since they've been the top two AFC west teams, battling for the division titles. The Raiders have been so awful lately, they don't have a rival either... It's not a rivalry when one team always loses :)

not really any real rivalries. the Seahawks use to be an AFC team so they never really played anyone consistently.
the 49ers and the Rams are the closest to being the Seahawk's rivals, those two teams give the Seahawks since they became NFC (look at the niners this year 2-0 against the Hawks)
rivalries take time usually. 49ers and the Rams are rivals because way back in the 60-70's the Rams owned the division until the late 70's when the niners beat them consistently and then the 49ers pretty much owned the conference in the 80's until the late 90's when the Rams started to take control of the division again. so lots of history contribute to a rivalry. so give it more years before the Seahawks have any real rivalries

For years the Seahawks had a rivalry with the Broncos and the Raiders. But that was when they played in the AFC West division.
Now the Seahawks are in the NFC West (again). It does appear that the Rams of St. Louis are the major rival, but the San Francisco 49ers beat them twice this year and are closer geographically. Also mention that Seattle is a wannabe San Francisco, you have the makings of a good rivalry. The 49ers have to do their part by continuing to improve.

Seattle used to be in the AFC West so the Raiders and Broncos were big time rivals then. Now that they are in the NFC West, you would have to think the St. Louis Rams are a big rival because of the recent success both teams have enjoyed. But because of the Seahawks geographical location, it's tough to have a good rival. GO SEAHAWKS!!!

They never really have a traditional rivalry like Broncos-Raiders, Cowboys-Redskins etc, etc. I believe that is why they were the chosen team to move from the AFC to the NFC. I believe the Seahawks-49ers is why they are hoping will become the rivalry over the years. Rams-49ers rivalry died when the Rams left LA.

I wouldn't say the Raiders or Broncos because they aren't in the same division anymore - they used to when the Seahawks were in the AFC. I'd say their biggest rival is the St. Louis Rams - they always play each other tough.

Without question, the San Francisco 49ers are the Seahawks biggest rivalry. While this rivalry is relatively new, it is arguably the biggest current rivalry in the NFL. Seahawks are 2014 Super Bowl champions. 49ers made it to the Super Bowl in 2013.

while they have been interior the AFC West, it exchange into the Raiders. I remember Raiders vs. Seahawks continually assembly interior the playoffs. Now that they are interior the NFC West, their greatest rival is in all danger the Rams.

Not really, they're just one of those team that was liked by all. I'm not even a Seahawk fan & I don't like Hasselback, but I love love Alexander, I think he's one of the greatest MVP ever, despite his record this year. NEway, I don't think I ever heard anybody ever hate the Seahawk, they might be like they're playing my team so I hope they lose but never i hate them, etc...
