Please look into a new technology called Glycobiology. The products are known as glyconutrients. These nutrients allow the body to communicate better internally via cell to cell communication. MS is an autoimmune disease. If the body identifies that it is attacking itself, it can stop the attacks. Cell to cell communication is needed to understand where the error lies.
I know of a man that went from a wheel chair to winning a body building contest using these products. You can listen to testimonials of others that had success using glyconutrients at www.getyouwell.info. Go to the stories tab, and there are 12 testimonials. Please contact by email jason@glyco.com if you have any questions.

The short answer is, simply, no. There is no cure for MS, partly because scientists have not yet discovered fully what causes MS. The medications we have now are preventative, not restorative. People can post all they like about alternative treatments. Until we find the cause of MS, we cannot logically find a cure.

Several syndromes that have been becoming more common in recent years, such as MS, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue (to name a few) have been subsequently identified as being caused by aspartame poisoning (the chemical sweetener in ALL diet soda, "lite" products etc).
This is explained in detail my the Neurologist Russel Blaylock in the excellent film "Sweet Misery" and its follow-up sweet remedy.
You can see excerpts of the movie at the address below.
