4(- 5 + -2/5 + .7) Or, 4(- 5 - 2/5 + .7)

Sec: multiply the terms...

- 18.8 Or, - 94/5

i'm not sure what you're asking, but do the division inside the paretheses first, then add what's inside of the parentheses. then multiply by four.
