Our 1st year as parents was very scary, hard, and have learned and are still learning. We we're VERY young parents of premature twin boys (27weeks gestation). 2lbs 4oz and 2 lbs 6oz. Our boys fought a hard battle and we nearly lost them both. Many scary long nights.. Alot of traveling. Many tests, Hospitals visits, Doctor's Diagnoses, Many Tears Many Laughs... It made us see how boring our lives were before them lol..Our boys are now 8 yrs old.. 2Nd born is special needs due to the prematurity ( cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus) so his battle.. he still fights everyday. (BUT.. proved every single doctor wrong!). 7 yrs later we added to our family a healthy baby boy now 22months... We got our hands full but wouldn't trade our life for anything. Its made us strong and its making us only stronger.

It was some of the best time of our life. Watching that child grow and learn. It was so amazing. To sit there and think we made this baby. In the first year, they go from being so helpless, to walking and talking. It was so amazing.

its all of the above, you have to get use to it, me and my boyfriend faught more than usual and we never fight!!!!!!!! only because we were tired and we still are our son is 22 months old, its also scarry cause you are always thinking about that baby and if he/she is ok and if you are doing a good job parenting, its also so very fun watching your baby grow up

look it now your going to make me cry just yesterday my son was born and now hes almost 2 years old,

all in all parenting is so fun and eventually you will look back and laugh at how crazy every thing was and how your new perfume is spit up

every emotion you could think of ....but well worth it and you will see that for your self don't worry take one day at a time and enjoy it before the baby grows up it all happens way to fast so take it one day at a time and roll with it all the good, bad and the ugly it's what makes that baby special in it's own way

good luck

The most exciting thing that we have done since we have been married. Having a child brought us together and made us a stronger couple.

All of the above and more! Wouldn't have missed it for the world - but that's where my gray hair came from. Aw, okay, it's white hair - but then, I raised six of 'em...
