Our neighbors are HORRIBLE!!! i complete hate them...i go up there almost everyday to tell them to be quiet and they dont it sounds like someone is bowling above me! and ive told my landlord about it and what she says is to go up there and ask them to please be quiet i have and they still dont.....what am i supposed to do i cant even sleep cause there sooo loud they wake my almost 4 year old daughter up in the middle of the night banging around up there?! what am i supposed to do to keep some peace and quiet! we've tried turning the radio up that didnt work we got into troublef or being loud WHAT CAN I DO NEXT!!

1. Get a notebook, and every time they make a noise, write down the date, time, and a brief description of the noise.

4. It is not your responsibility to tell your neighbors to be quiet. Write your landlord and explain that it is her responsibility to tell these people to be quiet, not yours. Mention also that you are keeping records of all noise events, and ask her what she is willing to do so you can live in peace. Send this letter (in the U.S.) registered, return receipt requested, so you have proof that your landlord got it. This will also show your landlord that you are serious.
5. If these neighbors are making noise after quiet hours (after 10 or 11 pm in most areas of the U.S.), call the police and make complaints. Call the police every time there is noise. Show the police your log and recordings, if they show any interest. Be polite with the police, but insistent that you need help with this.
