I was expecting my period today but it didn't come... it is usually every 28 days.. sometimes it is late but not often... this month i do feel a little different... i am sexually active... I have been feeling a little more tired, thristy, cramping, headaches, urinate a little more, and have some back pain... so do u think i could be pregnant? thank you!

Of course you could be pregnant. But be realistic. It's just 1 day. If you are really dying for your answer, do an at-home test. The are very accurate. Good Luck.

i think one day is too early to worry about and if you get anxiuos about missing it you might keep your period from coming even longer, from the stress.
