It depends on where the island is
high latitude(s) differ from equatorial ones.
and the island will have different rock structure, plants ect ect.
some islands might even be bare rock.
also it depends the geography and geology*, climate, the surounding ocean, fauna (including human) and many other factors ect ect.
this question is very vague, and is almost like asking
"What kind of tresure is in a treasure chest?" .... you see?

what kind of an island?
Hawaii?
or a small 40 metre sqred island
could be a whole ecosystem with plants and animals or just sand.
might have minerals , maybe gold, depends
