Force yourself to do it. I have the same problem but sometimes you just have to turn the computer and tv off and just start studying. Tv and the computer will be more rewarding if you only let yourself use them after you're done

There was an article in the paper last week relating to your question. It seems that the percentage of procrastinators has risen drastically over the past 20 years. Why? TV & computers to name a few. It seems that we prefer being entertained than actually doing something productive that takes self-discipline and determination. Of course, you're the one who is most affected by your own behavior and only you can decide what life-course you want to set for yourself. Good luck.

By taking one little step at a time. all the fear will go away.

Learn the answer to one question at a time. When you are sure about that go to the next one and so on.

You can turn off the computer or TV. I know how to.

It is the fear that holds us back. Turn around punch your fear away and take a step.

You realise that you are creating reasons for not studying by asking silly questions on the internet and spending all of your time reading other peoples replies.

Do your damn homework!!
