Yes i think so , that was sooo terrible that he had to shoot his friend, my heart sank when he did that too, i never thought it was him who was ging to die , i knew he was going to kill one of his friends but i didnt know it was going to be Curtis....NOW I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE NEXT SHOW IN 2 WEEKS... I's a awesome tv show to me , I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!

Baby doll, I hope not. The bullet did go into the neck and not the vest, but they didn't actually say he was dead....but then Jack freaked out....so I think my little Curtis Boo is dead...

Yea, i'm almost positive he did because Jack would not have been as upset as he was if he knew he hadn't killed him. Also Curtis's eyes close and Bill from CTU said that Jack had to do it.

he was shot in the neck. there are crucial arteries and parts of the body located there (i.e. the artery jack bit of that guy's neck in the first episode). i'd hate to say it, but curtis is dead. ****!

I think he's dead as well - 1 shot, 1 kill - reminds me of that "Miami Vice" movie scene.. mm, somewhat anyway
