You mean the gov official who is alleged to have been in New York buying expensive shoes when the planes hit on 9/11. And she told her employees, not to bother her?

I would like to wish the lady a very happy birthday with hopes of many many more.
Dr. Rice works hard doing the bidding of her boss. Not only does she work hard for us, she does an excellent job of keeping her cool when she has to talk to idiots like Ted Kennedy and Barbara Boxer.

If she was my friend yes but I'm not in the habit of walking up to complete strangers and wishing them a happy birthday. she has yet to send me a card so i don't think i have to worry about it.
